The food for every meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was excellent. The location of the hotel directly on the Nile is fabulous, and the people in the village were helpful and kind. It was easy to set up travel arrangements to Phyle island and Abu Simbal as well as getting to and from the airport.

She welcomed me into her place with open arms. Before my arrival, she had stayed in close contact with me to confirm my location. Since the hostel is located above a market and taxis cannot reach the entrance directly, Biba provided clear instructions on the nearest drop-off point. I arrived on the first day of Ramadan, a very important day of reunion for Muslims. Despite her busy schedule, Biba still took the time to check on me and ensure I had everything I needed. She is a genuinely sincere person, and I regret not having more time to chat with her. Knowing that my room was on the fourth floor, I asked Biba in advance if help was available for carrying my luggage. She clearly informed me that she could arrange someone to assist for a tip, which I gladly agreed to! Some reviews mentioned issues with luggage, but I believe that as long as you ask Biba beforehand, she will find a solution and honestly explain the situation. Upon arriving at the guesthouse, I saw the staff diligently cleaning and disinfecting the space. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the hot water was strong in the bathroom. Since I had an early morning flight, I had to check out in the middle of the night. The staff member, Hassan, was awake and ready to assist with anything needed. He even helped carry my luggage, and I truly appreciated his help! I recommend this place to everyone. :)
