The hotel and room were very clean, the self checkin was very well organised, as well as the room lockers and kitchen. The location was very convenient and the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. I'd highly recommend to stay in this hostel.

This pleasant family establishment in Menorca is situated in the old town of Ciutadella in, a city declared a site of great historic and artistic importance. The location is perfect, you are 1 street away from the city center. The staff were really friendly, we arrived earlier and they offered both a room to put our luggage or another room ready to check in. Breakfast was very good,with local food. For sure we will return.

Grupoandria El Claustre de Ciutadella - HOSPEDERIA ligger i et roligt område i den gamle bydel i Ciutadella på Menorca og har stor terrasse og bibliotek. Great location and very nice terrace in the city centre. We loved our stay and hope to come back!
