If you want to keep busy, learn about Balinese culture, do Yoga and all sorts of activities they have it for you, or if you just want to sit by the pool all day and get massages you can do that as well. If you want to chat to and meet loads of people you can, but if you want your own space you can have that as well. Such a lovely place to be, with the most amazing friendly staff where I was made to feel so safe and well taken care of. Thank you Arya <3

If I could give it a 10+, I absolutely would. I’ve stayed in many hostels, but this one is easily in my top three—actually, let’s call it my number one. You’re welcomed with genuine warmth, and you immediately notice that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Everything is clearly explained. Everyone gets a large locker at reception, a personal safe by the bed, a power outlet next to the bed, and a curtain for privacy. The air conditioning works well, and in the evening, wooden sunshades are lowered for those sleeping on the first floor. Breakfast is included, as well as coffee, tea and water. Every time you pass by, you feel the calm, the cleanliness, and nothing is ever too much when you ask a question. The smoothies and banana pancakes are absolutely delicious. And… they clean your room or make your bed. Always respectful, always spotless If you work remotely or love Joya, this is definitely the right place for you. Upstairs, there’s a workspace with a view that’s honestly breathtaking. I booked two nights and left for Java in the evening on my scooter. After five days, I messaged them again to book one more night to break up my trip to Denpasar—and got a reply within two minutes. I’d say: book it! You really won’t regret it. Other than the aesthetic aspect of the place, we had queen size beds in ultra spacious rooms. The shared bathroom is big enough for the whole hostel and above all VERY clean. We always see the staff there cleaning. They pass literally every hour of the day. The exterior is cozy and very pleasant, we loved the swimming pool and the bar (with a large choice of meals & beverages at more than reasonable prices for the quality of the food served). Kuna also offers many great services like free massages and morning yoga classes, as well as movie nights by the pool (and many others). The atmosphere is great and the staff are attentive (really nice, helpful).
