The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of them, which was very convenient. Guests receive free massages every other day and free breakfast each morning, which was a lovely touch. The beds were comfortable, and each guest had two lockers, which was great. The hostel is also in a great location, close to the centre of Ubud, with lots of cafés and restaurants right on the doorstep.
