Maurice and his staff are incredibly welcoming and helped us have a fantastic one night stay. The dining and social areas are perfect for meeting others travellers (if that’s what you want to do), and the seaside seating areas out back are incredibly relaxing if you prefer some time to yourself to read and take in the scenery. They also bought the pub next door. Great spot for a pint and a chat

The hostel was one of the best places we found in Ireland. Simply in a fantastic place. It is a hostel that should be preserved as it is. Simple (not elegant) and just in front of the sea.
