He has great recommendations about Kochi and the Backwaters and took me several times for a ride around town and tea. Also, I could leave my backpack with him for some days while exploring nearby places. I will definitely be back next time I am in Kochi. Don't hesitate booking Niaz pla ce!

There's a strong community vibe, making it the perfect place for solo travelers. The area is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, with plenty of scenic spots just a short walk away, and it feels completely safe to wander around and explore. The food is delicious. And of course, Trancy - the sweetest dog and the true heart of the hostel - will happily join you on your walks or curl up for cuddles. All in all, if you’re looking for a stay in Wayanad, don’t bother looking anywhere else :)

The owner was very nice, the area was beautiful, view from the rooftop amazing. It's a big house in the middle of nature, great place for calming down.

Abdul was so helpful throughout the whole booking and was a great communicator. The bed and room were very comfortable and it was peaceful and quiet, which was perfect. I was in a 6-bed female dorm. Abdul helped me organize an inexpensive rickshaw to the airport. Try to eat a meal at the hostel. Abdul's wife is a wonderful cook and you're sure to enjoy it! It is also possible to get in to Kochi from Aluva by metro. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would use it as a place to explore the surrounding area.
