Good sound and temperature insulation. In December the heating was very important and all worked perfectly. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place has been renovated and reopened recently and it’s really nice. I felt so comfortable there that even decided to prolong my stay in Lucca.
