Great location, super comfortable, everything is new. Good sound and temperature insulation. In December the heating was very important and all worked perfectly. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place has been renovated and reopened recently and it’s really nice. I felt so comfortable there that even decided to prolong my stay in Lucca.

The best hostel in Florence, daily cleaned, shared kitchen access, very happening hostel with events like Tapaas night, etc. Bathroom and room was cleaned daily, bed had charging slot, the room was spacious, guests were lovely and made so many friends. The bus stop is right outside and Conads is right next to it for easy grocery and buying bus/tram tickets! Staff was so polite. Will return again.

The receptionists were very helpful, someone showed me the main attractions of florence and marked them on the map, and the other one gave me ice as my legs were swelling from some mosquitoes bites.
