The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place has been renovated and reopened recently and it’s really nice. I felt so comfortable there that even decided to prolong my stay in Lucca.

Bed was confortable and it has its own locker, power outlet, light and curtains for privacy and they also provided towels. I got a free bedroom upgrade, so the bathroom inside the bedroom was very convenient. It has hair dryer so it is very good for the winter. Breakfast is a buffet and it is only 5 euros. It is delicious and it has many options of food and drinks.
