The hostel was really clean (they have daily cleaning services, which is a great perk!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great location, super comfortable, everything is new. Good sound and temperature insulation. In December the heating was very important and all worked perfectly. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place has been renovated and reopened recently and it’s really nice. I felt so comfortable there that even decided to prolong my stay in Lucca.

It is located in a quiet area (far from the main sightseeing), but there is a supermarket right next to the hostel and caffes and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was confortable and it has its own locker, power outlet, light and curtains for privacy and they also provided towels. I got a free bedroom upgrade, so the bathroom inside the bedroom was very convenient. It has hair dryer so it is very good for the winter. Breakfast is a buffet and it is only 5 euros. It is delicious and it has many options of food and drinks.
