A great place to stay with a very welcoming family. Emi was so kind and willing to help! Also, it was really close to the beach (5 min by bike) and you could rent surfboards and the bikes were free to use. Would highly recommend to stay here if you're in Aoshima!

Very clean, stylish hostel with large rooms that are thoughtfully put together. Hosts were helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. We were bike touring and they had a large indoor area where we could safely store our bikes overnight. Restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for having us!

It’s a great location, easy to walk to the airport, grocery store, and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

She showed us around Fukutsu in a personal way that made us feel better about traveling during the holidays, because we never felt far from home around her. The rooms and common area are exceedingly clean, comfortable, and cozy -- you won't want to leave!
