The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me directions for sightseeing around town. The self check-in was also very straightforward. Would gladly stay again, Hyuga City was an underrated gem!

A great place to stay with a very welcoming family. Emi was so kind and willing to help! Also, it was really close to the beach (5 min by bike) and you could rent surfboards and the bikes were free to use. Would highly recommend to stay here if you're in Aoshima!

Fan! ABURATSU, que cuenta con terraza, zona de barbacoa y vistas al jardín, se encuentra en Nichinan, a 5 min a pie de Horikawa Bridge. Me gusto todo!!!! el trato del señor que nos recibio y su hospitalidad, Instalaciones limpieza....cocina bien equipada, un montón de salsas y toppings diferentes a tu disposicion por si quieres hacerte algo en el alojamiento, sushi,sasimis, pasta, arroz,etc...a un paso de tendas,restaurante cervecera, pescaderia en donde compramos atun,una hijada de pez dorado,pez limon....muy buen alojamiento para compartir experiencias con otros huespedes..

Aoshima Guesthouse Hooju está muy bien situado en el barrio de Aoshima Onsen, Miyazaki, a 13 min a pie de Aoshima Shrine, a 1,3 km de Kodomo-no-Kuni y a 4,8 km de Horikiri Pass. This hostel is super international and you can meet a lot of young back packers and exchange the information about next destinations. Also many back packers came here to stay just several days but they extend their stay because this town is calm and good for surfing and chill. I made a couple of friends here from European countries and exchanged contact for someday we meet up in some other places like south East Asian countries or in their home countries. It was a good experience for me and can’t wait to come back here to meet them again and go surfing!!

Hostel Marika -ホステルマリカ- ofrece alojamiento en Nichinan. El alojamiento está a 18 km de Santuario Udo-jingu, a 27 km de Cape Iruka y a 35 km de Horikiri Pass. I enjoyed my stay at the hostel. Its right in the centre of Obi, close to the supermarket and old town, restaurants etc. The owner was very helpful although my Japanese was terrible she was very friendly and patient. The place is clean and the rooms feel modern and fresh
