The old house had traditional japanese style and the house felt up to date with appliances and stylish interior. We very much enjoyed our stay in the countryside of Japan! Would definitely come again here. We also rented bikes for free and the host was so nice

We got a room with its own toilet and bathroom for a great price. Traditional tatami style room makes it feel very humble and homely. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - they drove us to the station very early in the morning.

Located in Hikone, 1.7 km from Hikone Castle, GUEST HOUSE NAGORIYA provides accommodation with a bar and free private parking. The vibe was super chill and cozy. Noguchi-san was very friendly and easy to chat with. Love this place and I’d love to visit again to explore Hikone further.

Amazing value for a big room in a comfortable, hostel-style accommodation. Takashima is a very quiet and beautiful town on the lake, and this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!!

Located in Minami-komatsu, 24 km from Sanzen-in Temple, Biwa-Lakeside Cottage B B Dylan provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The house is beautiful and set close to Biwa Lake. I really enjoyed my night on traditional Tatami and Futon. The stuff is amazing! They are super friendly and we laughed a lot together as my new Nakama :) I definitely will come again!!!!!
