Location, rooms, owner, food, cleanliness, price was great. I highly recommend it. It really made my stay in Kampot a wonderful experience.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, the grounds are lovely and it's only a $1 tuktuk ride into town.

The staff is incredible, so friendly and helpful, food is 10/10, really great vibe and close to nature, further away from the city but still less than $2 tuk tuk drive and it's pretty walkable otherwise. Super comfy, firm bed

We were able to rent a motorbike through them for $5 a day. The owners were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have a balcony to see the city.

Wonderful house right on the water with your personal ladder to the river. One of a kind, other river properties only offer river view from above or from the common area. Every house has a toilet and a shower, and for number 2 you have to walk a little. WiFi was ok, worked in my room. They have free kayaks too! Totally recommend this place. It is an attraction by itself, and my favorite thing I did in Kampot.

Great location with beautiful scenery, next to the waterfall Veal Pouch that streams from Bokor mountain it’s great if you’re looking to reconnect with nature. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, the owner is attentive to his guest needs and a wonderful person to have a chat with. The location offers multiple activities, there is the waterfall, a zip line, hiking spots and relaxing locations all around the complex you are also not far from the town center. The restaurant offers western and local food options and it was good. My whole experience was a highlight itself, I felt welcomed and at home. I want to thank the staff and the owner for making this experience memorable and hope to be back soon.
