Both in good shape, we had a private shower and bathroom in the dorm but also outside if you want.

We found it to be a great location as it’s close to everything but also far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. Sopheap was very attentive and looked after us very well during our stay. He even shipped me an item to Siem Reap that I had forgotten at the hotel after we departed. We highly recommend this place 👍
