The rooms with several beds are very well organized. Good value for money. The standard and deluxe rooms are perfect for accommodating a child and two adults (my son is always happy to come and sleep and play in the hotel every weekend). The YouTube option on the television is too good!! (Be careful of the electrical outlets in the bathroom above the sinks, they are very dangerous with water) it would be good to put electric kettles for hot water in some rooms. The hotel is very clean. The cleaning team is very well organized for the complete cleaning all day long. The bar team is very friendly and professional. The night reception team is very friendly (thank you Seth for your smile, your advice and your listening to my many questions). The reception day team is very friendly and professional (thank you all for your good work) and thank you Benjamin for the many changes to my room reservations and your kindness with my son). The pool is very good. Very happy for this trip. I will come back next year without hesitation.

Large property, really big, clean room with nice en-suite and nice views of the area. The bed was a little hard for me (but that’s a personal preference). Really nice pool, well maintained. The food was good, with many options. And a great mixologist behind the bar! Really friendly, helpful & hardworking staff too! Makes all the difference.

When we asked her about Khmer specialties, she didn’t just give recommendations—she offered to take us around the city on her day off to experience the local culture firsthand. Her warmth and generosity were remarkable, making our stay feel genuinely special. Thank you, Emerald Hotel, for such an incredible experience, and especially to Sokmeng for showing us the heart of this city. We’ll always remember this stay with fondness and appreciation.

Terletak di Phnom Penh, Hostel FUJI mempunyai teres, restoran, bar, dan WiFi percuma di seluruh tempat penginapan. It was a very comfortable stay, and the price was very reasonable. I stayed in the dormitory room, and it was clean with good air conditioning. I also felt safe because I could store my luggage under the bed with a padlock. The bathroom area sometimes needs a bit more checking, but it’s totally acceptable. The location is excellent for sightseeing in Phnom Penh – close to the main attractions and surrounded by nice restaurants. There’s even an AEON MaxValu (like a convenience store) about 300m away, which is very convenient. And also, the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!
