Located in the up and coming coastal town of Midigama on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, Lime & Co Hostel is a surfers paradise. Camere super carine, pulite e con armadio per i vestiti. Bellissimo e spazioso il bagno . C'è anche una cucina in comune con frigorifero. La piscina non l'abbiamo usata ma lo spazio esterno è curato e rilassante, con lettini e divanetti. Lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile; ci ha anche tenuto sotto controllo il nostro tuk tuk con le tavole da surf.

Showcasing an expansive rooftop terrace with day-beds and barbeque, JJ's Hostel Mirissa is a boutique hostel located in Mirissa North, only a few minutes walk from Mirissa Beach. I stayed at JJ’s Hostel in Mirissa during my solo trip, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had. I spent my first two nights in the dorm room, which was surprisingly spacious, super comfy, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was modern and practical, with two showers per room—something you don’t often see in hostels. After that, I moved to a private room for three nights, and it felt like stepping into a completely different world. The room was huge, modern, and honestly luxurious—easily comparable to a 4-star hotel by European standards. The bathroom was a real highlight: stylish, comfortable, and just a joy to use. Everything throughout the whole place was unbelievably clean—like, very, very, very clean. The common areas were also a big plus. There’s a large communal space and a beautiful rooftop with a pool table, perfect for hanging out and meeting other travelers. Outside, the pool is stunning—big, refreshing, with lovely scenery around it, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot some monkeys passing by. It feels like a little oasis. But what truly made the difference was the staff. The owner and the whole team put so much heart into creating a welcoming, social, and relaxed environment. Huge shoutout to Jessica, Ruben, and Robin for organizing great activities and making everyone feel at home. Their friendliness and enthusiasm were the soul of the place. All in all, JJ’s Hostel is a fantastic facility with an amazing atmosphere. Whether you’re backpacking or looking for something extra comfortable, this is a place you’ll be happy you chose. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The people are amazing, it's off the main road so nice and quiet, super green with lots of trees and a jungle like feeling. The yoga shala is amazing with lots of room to either do yoga classes in the morning and sound baths every now and then. Three lovely dogs and a not so busy but super delicious restaurant next by.

Solmate Collective Hostel - Madiha si trova a Matara ed è una struttura solo adulti con un giardino, una sala comune e un bar. Very nature friendly vibe and very close n convenient for surfing locations and doctor house plus Shimaguni where the parties happen.

We so much enjoy that we had book another night. Everything is clean. Our room was really good and comfortable. The share bathroom is perfect, really clean and easy to use with all the supplies. They provide food also and let me say that we had the best kottu ever of our 1 month trip in Sri Lanka. The breakfast are amazing too.
