It is owned and managed by a very hardworking, attentive family. We met 3 of them. Their attention to us and to all our needs and details was fantastic. They provided info on places to eat, where to go. The room was spacious, clean and filled with light. The bed comfortable. Highly recommended and will certainly stay here again if ever I return to Puebla. Truly exceptional. Apologies for writing the review so late. Fantastic accommodation.
