The personnel: so friendly and inviting. The vibes: peaceful and many social activities. It was truly amazing.

Sogor Female Dormitory is honestly one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at! I feel so lucky to have had the chance to stay here for 3 nights—it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Even though I came as a solo backpacker, I never felt alone. I ended up meeting two amazing foreigners during my stay, and we connected instantly. The environment is clean, hygienic, and very well maintained. The washrooms are spotless, the laundry area is convenient, and the public space is super comfortable—perfect for relaxing or chatting with other travelers. This hostel gave me not only a safe and comfy place to stay, but also meaningful memories and new friendships. I highly recommend it to any solo female traveler out there. I’d easily rate it 10/10!

The common area is so beautiful and inviting. The owner is very friendly and tries everything to make you feel comfortable. Because my bus was delayed, I arrived after check-in time, but it wasn't a problem. The accommodation is located in a quiet street, but still close to everything like restaurants etc. They provide water and tea, and the kitchen is well equipped in case you want to cook... I shared a room with one other girl, and we had plenty of space for our stuff. The AC is running well!

Amore Stay se nachází v destinaci George Town. Penang Botanic Gardens je 7,9 km daleko a Penang Hill 10 km. Rainbow Skywalk Komtar se nachází 1,2 km od ubytování. Clean, tidy, comfortable, quiet, modern with all necessary facilities. Dorms have no windows but it did not bother me as they are spacious enough. AC works perfectly. Communication with the staff was smooth and helpful.

Aayu Seckchuan - 3 mins walk to Love Lane se nachází v destinaci George Town a nabízí pokoje s klimatizací a sdílenou koupelnou. I really enjoyed my stay at Aayu sekchuan. The building has a lovely heritage charm but feels modern and well-kept inside. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is super convenient, with lots of food, cafes, and sights within walking distance. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Penang!

The Terraces by Aayu - 2 mins walk to Chulia Street se nachází v destinaci George Town. Pláž Northam Beach se nachází 2,2 km daleko a Penang Times Square 1,7 km. Everything. Very clean. Close to the center, night markets , jettis. Hot and cold water in the kitchen, coffee, tea, excellent bread. You never have to wait to take a shower. So many available! Showers were great with hot water, the water has a lot of pressure and you can find hair dryers everywhere. We had regular contacts with the managers and they always answered quickly to our requests. I really enjoyed my stay there and I recommend you to stay there! For sure if I have the chance to come back to Georgetown, I will come back. The power strip with adapter in the room is really convenient.
