The staff warned me about the noise, as I stayed on Saturday night in the room by the street, but I slept well without earplugs and the noise wasn't that bad.

The guy how runs it is super nice and will help with pretty much anything and you can always call him. In the reception there are a ton of brochures on diffrent things to do in Kuching and also how to get and how much they cost. Super nice street with many restaurants and shops, you never had to walk for more than 5 minutes for a meal.

The room was comfortable and great value, and the property/facilities were spacious and super clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Some reviews express frustration with the staff not being around full time, and in a time crunch, I guess it could be an issue. But they're reachable via the phone number printed on the brochure thingy on the desk in front, and that same number also works on Whats App. Whenever I messaged them, they were responsive and came by as needed (such as when I was checking out).
