The location is good, just a few minutes walk you get to the plaza. The dorm room is nice and clean. There is a small kitchen that can be used, which is great for a long-term stay. The owner/manager, he is super nice to welcome every traveler. I can not speak Spanish, for me it is a bit difficult to communicate with locals, and he, and is his staff is really friendly to help me with assistance. One night I was sitting outside using my laptop under cold temperatures, the owner asked me I could go indoor cuz it was cold. I told him that it should be fine, then in the next 5 minutes his staff delivered a blanket to me! (How touching it was!)

KOSKO Casa Hotel er staðsett í Cusco, 5,3 km frá Wanchaq-lestarstöðinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd. Hosts: The hotel is beautiful but the real highlights are Gelga and Romulo. I have never met hosts as hospitable, warm, and generous as they were. They went above and beyond to make sure I have a wonderful stay. Romulo and Gelga even help guests book and arrange the tours they want to do. They also provide warm compress every night, which is especially great during winter. Room and Facilities: The room and facilities were always kept clean and pristine. Laundry service is also available. Breakfast: Loved the breakfast!! Gelga and Romulo always made sure we had enough food and they always blended fruits in the morning to make us fresh and organic juice. Location: The hotel is 30 minutes away from the city center by taxi. The surrounding nature, however, makes up for the distance. It's right beside Templo de la Luna and a huge, huge, huge national park that you can explore freely. You can even go horseback riding if you want to. And Romulo can hike with you and give you a tour of the park and talk about its history. Pets: They have 2 dogs, Lupo and Sophie, and 1 cat, Whiskey - all of whom are well trained and very sweet. Overall, this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in - - it's a place where you know and feel that the hosts truly care about you. You will not regret staying here. ❤️

Lia B&B Lucmabamba er staðsett í Sahuayacu, í innan við 17 km fjarlægð frá Huayna Picchu og 19 km frá sögulega helgistaðnum Machu Picchu. Þetta gæludýravæna farfuglaheimili er einnig með ókeypis WiFi.... Fredy and Esther’s B&B was one of our fondest memories in Peru. Even though we could only a bit of Spanish, they were so welcoming and accomodating(they do speak good enough English to understand both conversations and the tour). To see how coffee is made from tree to cup was a big experience for us and possible even though it was out of season. We can highly recommend.

Salkantay Hostel Chaullay er staðsett í Santa Teresa, 36 km frá Huayna Picchu, og býður upp á garð, veitingastað og bar. Gististaðurinn er reyklaus og er 38 km frá sögulega helgistaðnum Machu Picchu. Staff was very helpful, the food was very good and the location was great for the salkantay trek. The room was clean, there was a hot shower and everything was great.

Eco Aventura Hostel Cusco er staðsett í miðbæ Cusco, 1,9 km frá Wanchaq-lestarstöðinni og býður upp á verönd. I had a wonderful stay. Even though I had some altitude sickness the host helped me with it. I also was able to organise a very nice and cheap excursion through the host.

Situated in the centre of Cusco, Mirador All Sur Cusco is set 2.9 km from Wanchaq Train station and less than 1 km from San Pedro Train Station.

Featuring a garden and a terrace, Casa Terra Sagrada is located in the centre of Cusco, 2.5 km from Wanchaq Train station. had a wonderful stay at Casa Terra. The accommodation is extremely well maintained and beautifully set within restored historic walls right in the center of Cusco. I could walk everywhere which made exploring the city very easy. The check in process was flexible and smooth, and I received many excellent local recommendations that made my stay even better. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and friendly. They took real time to help with every question and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Casa Terra is a place with great character, comfort and warm hospitality. I would happily stay here again and can recommend it without hesitation.

Sacred Valley Healing Community er með ókeypis reiðhjól, garð, verönd og veitingastað í Pisac. Gististaðurinn er í um 38 km fjarlægð frá Wanchaq-lestarstöðinni, 30 km frá Pukapukara og 34 km frá... We came with a group of friends and honestly had the best time. The views are insane, and the vibe is super chill. We did a hike and managed to enter some ruins without even needing a ticket which was wild. Also did a Temazcal and a ceremony giving thanks to Pachamama really beautiful experience, something different. Everyone was super welcoming, we felt at home right away. Definitely a spot to come back to.
