The reception manager a lady who I forgot her name was A1 service and also very helpful and profesional. Special mention to Luis Montes Jara who helps with the maintenance but is a real profesional on the customer service side. My kudos to him and advise the management that they should invest on him. He really have a potential for the business

Hostal Berlin está ubicado en Jauja y tiene servicio de masajes. Se ofrece estacionamiento privado con costo adicional. La atención de Andrea fue excelente. Realmente había agua caliente todo el día. Gracias a Dios podían servir lunche y desayuno. Lo recomiendo 100%.
