This place is such a hidden gem! The staff were incredible, so easy to chat to, helpful and kind (they gave us so many recommendations - especially the owner she’s the best!). The dogs here are the cutest, we loved coming back to see them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They did get a bit hot, but what else do you expect in the Philippines. It’s a little out the way from things like restaurants (but with a scooter absolutely fine), so we didn’t expect it to be as social as it was, we met some great people here. Also, being by the water makes it sooo worth it.

Accommodating host. We liked the simplicity of rooms (amakan). They are constructing concrete rooms with private comfort rooms that offer sound proof nights. Hopefully we can come back.. Great quiet location away from the busy centre, we liked it so much we came back after a short stay on Bohol island. Would definitely recommend

It was like coming home to family—from the time they greeted us when we arrived to when they sent us off. Ate Jean was always so welcoming and Kuya Lhoy super patient! He gave us a tour and was very accommodating to our requests. Super thank you!

I just loved the 10 days I spent at Be my guest Hostel, it’s a cosy, quiet place where I really felt at home. Angel, the owner is so nice and welcoming! It’s quiet both during the day and at night, but at the same time you have the opportunity to meet other travelers and enjoy your time. They provide breakfast and motorbike if you need.
