29 Madeira Hostel set in the centre of Funchal, Madeira Island. The property offers budget accommodation in dormitories and private rooms. Very good stay. The hostel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped when needed. The location is great, close to transport and restaurants. I recommend it.

It's a very quiet place in the off season time. Very pleasant, helpful people working there. Very nice long sandy beach, actually quite often swimmable water and a hidden gem Zimbralinho beach that can be reached either by bike or even by foot. Probably the best place that I have worked from.
