It was clean and the owner came to welcome us and give us a tour of the place. It's got a very classic design, the kitchen and bathroom were very clean, and there was a living room with very nice furniture and it was cozy. We didn't even notice the other guests because it was very quiet. The owner also gave us a list of recommendations for places to see, where to eat, and how to get around by public transit. Also the location is right across the street from a train station so it's easy to get there to and from the airport.

This location does add about 4-5km to your pilgrimage from Valença but it is well worth the extra distance. We started out in the cold rain but and ended up spending most of our pilgrimage in the cold rain but I could always hear Ana’s encouraging words to just embrace whatever comes and we did!
