Very friendly helpful owners, Hannes and Katja , it was a pleasure to have met them. Parking super easy , right outside the front door , the building is an ex railway station and it oozes character. The grounds are immaculate a lot of effort has gone on here. Inside the property is spotless, the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and common areas are the cleanest I have seen anywhere. The facilities and equipment are superb in the kitchen and dining area , everything you need and much more. WiFi is fast and phone reception also excellent. A lot of effort has gone into this place and the owners should be very proud of themselves. It was a privilege to stay here.

This central Rättvik hostel is 1 km from Lake Siljan and 25 minutes’ drive from Leksand Sommarland Water Park. It offers a communal kitchen. Excellent price and value. Perfect location and the owner are awesome people!!

Scenically set in the village of Sörsjön, this hostel is 35 km north of Sälen at the base of Fulufjället Mountain. It offers communal kitchen facilities and spa treatments on site. The landlord was very friendly, the house is very cozy and huge, the shared bathroom is very clean and you can see the pretty sky at night. 35-40 minutes driver to the ski resort Sälen.

Located 100 metres from a beach by Lake Siljan, this hostel offers rooms with private bathrooms and free wired internet. Central Leksand is a 10-minute walk away. Staff was so helpful and friendly Location is awesome Rooms are nice and buildings are cosy. Would really recommend this stay.
