I was tired of 4 weeks driving a motorcycle. I intended to stay only 1 night. In the end, I stood 4 nights. I admire the calmness and the location directly towards the river. The breakfast is top, sanitary systems are clean. I had the pleasure of borrowing an old fishing rote. Please take care to this unique and nice place as guests. Simon (Swiss)

I was able to get a cozy room (hut) with beautiful few, newly renovated with short notice and easy check-in to accommodate my erratic schedule. Thanks Martin!

Little rooms, showers and toilets were clean, staff responded very quickly when needed. Beds were comfy which was important for us.

Valfjället Ski center se află în Gryttved și include pârtie de schi și facilități de grătar, precum și un restaurant. The apartment was spacious with multiple rooms and several beds. There were all kind of amenities and the toilet had a shower too. You can park right in front of your cabin which is a plus. Also charlotenberg shopping mall is easily accessible ifyou are driving by yourself

This hostel is in Karlstad, 5 minutes’ drive from the city centre. It offers functional rooms with access to a common room with kitchen and TV. Wi-Fi and on-site parking are free. It’s a really cosy and quiet place to stay in Carlstad. The lady at the reception is the kindest person I've met in Sweden. The breakfast that she prepared was quite filling as well. The place has a big kitchen and lots of utensils at your disposal. The rooms and lavatories were extremely clean. You can use the public transport or you can just walk to reach the hostel. I personally walked and it’s a walkable distance from the city center. Make sure to bring your own sheets or you can just rent them at the reception. Overall 10/10
