The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room got cleaned every hour, beds are really comfy, bathroom with 2 shower-toilets huge enough and clean, Wifi works really well as well as air condition in the room. Everyday there were sweets, coffee, tea, water and toast for free, small n cute outside area to chill, own locker for each one in the dorm, curtains for privacy and lights/charger at the bed. Perfect.

The facilities are clean and cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly — they truly make you feel at home. Everything is well thought out and offers great value for the price. I highly recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Phi Phi!

A lot of privacy, good curtains, light and plugs. We really loved it. It was really nice that it was more of a chill hostel, that meant we could get a really good sleep. There were the perfect amount of good and clean toilets. The same with showers. It was amazing. If we’re coming back to Phi Phi, we will definitely stay here again

The place is a bit remote which is great as the noise from the parties is really loud, the cleanliness was exceptional both in the rooms and the bathrooms, the towels were changed every day and the beds were organized, they also provide a free simple breakfast, the staff are helpful and polite.
