Rather scruffy and old & broken, but no to be able to cook albeit a very limited cooing utensils. Showers good. Quiet both hostel and area.

I accidentally left my belongings in the wrong room, and the staff truly helped me until I got into my actual room. The location is right in the center of Miaoli. If you get hungry, there are KFC, McDonald’s, Burger King, Bafang, and an affordable hotpot place (the hotpot restaurant is right in front of the hotel).
