The staff is great, especially the one girl at the service desk with the glasses. She went out of her way to make my experience beyond amazing.

This was a very nice and clean place by hostel standards! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out processes were very easy. My only complaint is although this is an environmentally sustainable hostel, it would be great if a small number of towels could be available for hire. Otherwise everything else was excellent.
