The owner was incredibly helpful even before our arrival. She gave us tons of great advice about the bus, places to visit, and tickets. This location is super close to Tra Su Cajuput Forest, so we didn't waste any time in the morning before heading out to see it. The room with the private bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The morning view was amazing when we opened the window. The old lady even helped us with our ripped backpack and wouldn't take any money! This room was the best value for money we could have asked for.

The room was just incredibly clean and everything worked perfectly fine. I liked that the washbasin was in the room and not in the bathroom, so you can wash your hands and brush your teeth without getting wet. This hostel is as close to a western country hostel you can possibly get. Everything was good from charging outlets to lightning. The WiFi is flying. It was a bit expensive compared with the rest of Vietnam, but the facilities are top notch. The large and cozy Cafe/bar on the rooftop was superb. It was lit up with lanterns at night. It came complete with table and chairs in all sorts of heights, to satisfy anybody's preference. Also lots and lots of charging outlets there, so perfect for work. The friendly and enthusiastic English speaking staff were always around. They also had bicycle rental...and it was a GOOD one. There's a Coop supermarket across the street. There's also a large common indoor aircon room for those that need to cool off. I really do not understand what people are complaining about here, and I did not mind the no window room. Facilities are more important to me. Staff actually wanted to put me up in a window room across the street, maybe because I'm older than most, but I convinced them to give me what I had booked.
