The owner is very kind, warm and helpful. She always supports me positively whenever I meet difficulties. I did ordered a dinner at this homestay, and I love the way Domik make those delicious seafood dishes. Also, I can easily travelling between popular destinations in town, including beaches.

Matatagpuan sa magandang Cat Ba Island, nakatayo ang The Oversleep Catba Hostel & Pool Bar sa kahabaan ng Lan Ha Bay at 10 minutong lakad lang ito mula sa Cat Ba Market at ilang hakbang mula sa ferry... Everything was so great ! I definitely recommend it ! Nice and spacious room, comfortable bed, nice shower, and many more

I had a great time here, everything was perfect, the AC was the best,the room was very clean and comfortable. This is the best hostel i have ever stayed. I highly recommend this hostel

Nagtatampok ng bar, ang The One Hostel & Rooftop Bar Catba ay matatagpuan sa Cat Ba sa rehiyon ng Hai Phong Municipality, 19 minutong lakad mula sa Cat Co 2 Beach at 1.4 km mula sa Cannon Fort. We had a wonderful time playing pool in the lobby, the volunteer Kora was very friendly and did a great job hosting trivia/karaoke nights!!!

This is an excellent budget hotel and hostel. All the staff are really caring. The reception staff also speak good English. The female dorm was cleaned daily with new towels and water. The room had a shared fridge and kettle. The pool is also really clean, with an excellent view of the city. I also appreciated the free daily breakfast. This is a really safe place for solo women travellers. Thank you for everything, and I hope to stay again soon.

Location is very good. It is right at water front with good water and square views. Dorm bed is very big. Spacious. I especially like the reading light and the bright light. In addition, I like the hooks for hanging up towels, glasses and some small items. It also has a locket and shellvies nearby your pillow. They are useful. Bonus point: they provide complimentary breakfast each morning. Shower and toilet are in each dorm. It is convenient at night.

Such a beautiful, quiet and very clean hotel. The owner a cool and helpful guy, friendly and welcoming staff. Staff doesn't speak English, but I had fun conversations with the owner. Everything you need is right there. I would definitely recommend and i would definitely be staying here again. Value for money. The owner has cruise and transport/shuttle service options and will organise everything for you. I booked a 6h-day cruise with him and got discount. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. You can pay by card (3% fee) or cash. I was able to check-in early without paying extra. You can also leave your bags there if early check-in is not possible. You get a key-card and there is an elevator. The hotel has a coffee shop that serves delicious coffee/tea/drinks and western meals. They have a shop for snacks and you can rent a motorbike (hourly or daily). They have a laundry service payable by kg too. The WIFI was fast and reliable. The room was very spacious with a cupboard, kettle, powerful hairdryer, cups with spoons and glasses supplied. Free water, toilet paper and fresh towels daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, with bedside tables and a lot of power sockets to choose from. A big smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. You can open the windows for fresh air. A little table and chair by the window. Powerful aircon. No mirror in room, only in bathroom. Big shower with natural light and a window. Great water pressure and temperature. Adjustable and removable showerhead. Soap, toothbrush, cotton buds, comb, shampoo supplied. I was there in low season, so it was very quiet, but that is what i wanted. Walking distance from the beach. There are very few restaurants or things to do close by, but the main area with the cable cars, etc. is reachable by foot if you enjoy walking, or just a taxi ride away. There are a lot of grab cars in the area, but not grab bikes. The hotel does not have a rooftop or pool.
