Billy, Nancy and the rest of the team made my trip super fun! They made me feel so welcome, always making jokes and ready to help me with anything. They also helped me organize my tours and were very flexible if I had to change anything (I stayed here many nights). Also the location is really good. But most important the team had really good vibe with lovely people!

The staff are friendly. The hostel is so neat and tidy. It was one of the cleanest hostels I've stayed in, and I've been traveling for 5 months now. They served a good breakfast included in the stay and they make some amazing cocktails. It was truly a pleasure to stay here. Met a few fellow travelers, they all had great things to say about there stay. You won't find anything better in the area. With bars and food right on the door step. So many choices. From Mexican to Indian food and local venders. It's right in the heart of walking Street with a circleK a barber near by and Train Street in less than a minutes walk. Thank you Rebel Rooster

The owner was very attentive and hospitable, I had a very good quidance on the check in. There was a very warm welcome, the room was spacious and clean. Luckily, I was alone in the room, so I slept with extra comfort. In the morning, Mr. Dao served the breakfast and helped me to get to the airport🥹 This service is definitely worth the price, truly appreciate!

The host was very helpful and shared many recommendations of where to visit and what to eat. He was communicative and made it easy to find the property. The room itself was clean and perfect for a one night stay. And the location can’t be beat.

I had to arrive late and leave early and the nice man woke up to ensure I was fine ;) Jenny was fabulous as the day time reception and so kind and friendly! The location is great and it’s easy to find with signage above to direct you! It was clean and they even packed a breakfast for me to take with me at 5am so I wouldn’t miss out!

Right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, you’re literally steps away from all the action - beer within 20 metres! The rooftop is fantastic, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. I’ve travelled across Asia and this is easily one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Super clean, unbeatable location, and amazing city views from the rooftop. Truly couldn’t have asked for more. 11/10 - keep it up team, you’re doing an amazing job!

Booked based upon the good reviews - all of which are entirely true! Hanoi Railway has it spot on. Run by a welcoming and friendly family, this is one of the cleanest and calmest hostels i’ve stayed in across SE asia, so much so I returned after my trip to sapa and stayed again 😂 Hot showers, spacious capsules with large mattresses, big lockers and a little communal eating/ work area. Everything you could need and a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone! Best in hanoi by a mile ❤️ when I find myself back in Hanoi, this is where I will be coming!
