You can ask prices or complete your stay also by reserving treatment at Wellness Spa treatment. Ask Sport Wellness Mountain Spa: info@sportwellness.ad .Children less than 13th years old are not allowed to access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa and Gym. Children from 13th to 18th years old must be always accompanied by an adult in both spaces. Swimsuit, flip flops and swimming cap are required to access the water circuit. • For children we have the Kids Club: 3 consecutive hours of daily free access to the program of activities and entertainment with advance reservation required, for children from 4 to 12 years old. Children under 4 years of age may reserve the service at an additional cost. • Promotions are subject to availability and not cumulative. • Pets are not allowed. • Enjoy a gastronomic experience in our Restaurants Ibaya, Koy Hermitage, Glass Bar, Hermitage Tradició, Sol i Neu, Barbecue Sport, Tofana and The Villager ( restaurant opening according to season). Remind you that if they have allergies or intolerances, it is necessary that you tell us before making the reservations. * Please take note that the access to the Ibaya restaurant is from 8 years old. • Ask us about our winter or summer Activities. • Free Wi-Fi available throughout all the hotel (Also possible to contract payable Premium internet services in room) •We can offer you shuttle service too , with high-level vehicles or/and helicopter (pre arrival mandatory reservation requested and available for an extra cost) . • Check-in is after 3 pm, if they arrived earlier and had the room available, we would deliver it at no additional cost. Despite this we cannot guarantee that the room is ready before the set time. • Hotel has no parking . Paid covered public parking in a nearby place (subject to availability. We cannot make pre-reservation. This parking does not belong to our property). • Andorran tourist tax is 2.09€ per night/per person for the Sport Hotel Village. From 16 years old, up to 7 nights stay. This will be adjusted on your final bill to be paid at the hotel. • The American Express credit card is not accepted for payments throughout the country of Andorra from August 7, 2022.
