The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in. If the guest is unable to provide the same credit card, full payment will be required at check-in. Please note that third-party credit card payments are not accepted.
JA Resorts & Hotels will send payment link on registered email address depending on the cancellation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for advance payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through payment link received from the hotel.
Please be informed that the water park has height restrictions for children for safety purposes. Minimum height 100cm. All children between 100cm – 120cm must be supervised by an adult.
Please note that outside food and drinks are strictly not permitted within JA The Resort premises, with the only exception of baby food.
