The Flat is on the 6th floor located ine one of the most elite neighborhoods of Tirana, with walking distance from main attractions, institutions, embassies, Coin Shoppin center and Air Stadium. With a super location; quite and Cleane; and fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay very comfortable.
We would love our guess to feel comfortable, secure, and have fun during their entire stay. We live nearby and on call for anything you may need. Feel free to contact me for any question.
You will love the area, it is quite, green and clean neighborhood although being in the center. Walking will be very pleasant and you will save a lot of taxi fees. The apartment is located walking distance;
~ 2 min from the famous Fish's Restaurant and Estia
~ 3 min from American Embassy and the Music School “Liceu Artistik”, Sweden and Holland Embassy.
~ 2 min from Italian Embassy, TVSH and the famous street Mustafa Matohiti (Street of Sales), with chic restaurant, bars, clubs and Irish pubs.
