The property is located in
Rruga e Fshatrave Turistik, Qerret, Golem, Albania, in a private residence (tourist vilage), among the pines and 100 m from the beach. The residence is guarded 24/7 by guards and CCTV. It is a very quiet and very safe neighborhood, appropriate for families with children but also for young couples. The villa is next to very good restaurants, bars and supermarkets. You can enjoy nearby traditional cuisine fresh seafood, italian cuisine, best pizza, sushi, great cocktails etc. Live international and local music is played every night at nearby restaurants.
The apartments are brand new, modern, air conditioned, very clean and fully equipped. There is free Wifi in every angle of the villa, big flat TV (Netflix included). You can enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee at the balcony, the terrace or in the green garden.Parking is available and free.The beach is very clean, sandy and free private sunbeds and umbrellas are available. In the evenings you can enjoy most beautiful sunsets that make the experience magic and the place the pearl in the Adriatic coast!
