The guest house and our home are attached, but have separate entrances. The total area of the guest house, our house, the yard, pavilion and the fruit garden is more than 2000 sq. m. Our guest house has 3 apartment-rooms, 20 sq.m each, with separate entrances and toilets. Each apartment-room has steel front doors with keys. The apartment-rooms are located in the garden, on the second floor. It was built recently and has all the modern essentials – heating system, 24/7 hot water, air-conditioner, refrigerator, TV etc. We also provide you with bed sets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, as well as free Wi-Fi and parking. Here is the list of the three bright and comfortable rooms by color. Guest house is at a fairly safe location, is surrounded by walls and is equipped with alarm system. By the end of this year we will also have surveillance cameras. We also provide a tour guide service, although this service is seasonal (ask for details on spot.)

Our guest house is located in the city center, by the riverside (St. Ashtarak, Str. Narekatsi N152). Just in 2-3 minute walk from the guest house you will find the bus station with very frequent routes to Yerevan working from 7am to 8pm. Near the same bus stop you will find many food stores, pharmacies, car repair shops. In 5 minute walking distance there are the hospital, the city soccer stadium, flower shops and service centers. There are also many banks, the central post office, The Prosecutor General’s Office, Ashtarak Municipality, Provincial administration building, central city square, central bus stop, police department, court, supermarket, clothing store, big market and so on in a 7-15 minute walking distance. Our location is easy to find, but we also provide you with an option of airport pick-up service. You will also have an option of transport service to and from Yerevan, provided by our guest house owner Asatur and available at any time of the day.

Eco-Resort Lorret guest house is located 13km north-west of Yerevan, in regional capital of Aragatsotn, historical and picturesque Ashtarak (10 minute drive from Yerevan, 20-30 minute drive from Yerevan center). Next to it is the Gourmet Dourme chocolate factory-museum. Thanks to its beautiful nature, favorable climate, clean air and cold tasty drinking water Ashtarak is considered the Switzerland of Armenia.
