Located in Sevan, Guest House offers accommodation with a balcony. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the homestay free of charge. The homestay features family rooms. Opening to a terrace with mountain, garden or city views, all units are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop. All units include a coffee machine, while some rooms will provide you with a patio and others also provide guests with sea views. At the homestay, each unit includes bed linen and towels. A selection of options including fruits, juice and cheese is served for breakfast, and breakfast in the room is also available. The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire is available at Guest House. Guests can also relax in the garden. Zvartnots International Airport is 70 km away.
