• In all cases, the hotel will apply the MEP dollar exchange rate on the payment date.
• Please note that guests must present a valid passport, Mercosur ID card, or Immigration form as proof of compliance with the National Immigration Act N° 25871 at check-in. Their stay in Argentina must not exceed three months.
• Please note that twin, queen, or king size may accommodate guests in different types of bedding. Guests must tell in advance which kind of bedding they would prefer. Only the Deluxe Suite can accommodate extra beds.
• Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before. The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 5:00 PM, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 5:00 PM, guests must pay 100 % of the last night´s rate.
• Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable
