It is located in the heart of the Andes Mountain Range, in Uspallata. Displaying warm orange-coloured walls, decorative tapestries and rustic décor touches, the rooms feature practical amenities. They have satellite TV, private bathrooms. At Hotel boutique Pukarainca guests can book tours to the Jesuitical ruins, the Inca Trail or nearby hot springs. Hiking trips and visits to the Huarpe community can be arranged. Guests can start the day with a buffet breakfast with eggs, yogurts, coffee and croissants. Restaurant Atahualpa serves black butter trout, other local specialties and a selection of fine regional wines. It features an earth oven.
