The Apartmenthaus No 1, opened in August 2021, is situated in the heart of Lienz, in the center of the old town. Enjoy the southern and lively atmosphere with cafés, shops and restaurants and the view to the surrounding mountains. The Check-in is done through a self-check-in machine located right at the entrance of our hotel. All apartments and rooms can be reached by elevator and have air condition and free wifi. There are only non smoking-apartments and –rooms, and because of the wooden floor they are suitable for persons with allergy. Breakfast in our Apartmenthaus Nr. 1: (not included in the room price) In our Apartmenthaus Nr. 1 on the ground floor you will find the bakery "Trenker". In addition to a cosy atmosphere, you will also find everything your breakfast heart desires there. The hotel's own lift takes you directly to the bakery, where you can enjoy the most important meal of the day in a cosy atmosphere or take your breakfast to your room. The breakfast offer there is valid Monday to Saturday from 07:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Opening hours of the bakery: Monday to Friday: 07:00 am – 06:00 p.m. Saturday: 07:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m. Closed on sundays and public holidays

Lienz is the ideal starting point for exciting excursions, alpine hikings, cycling in all difficulty levels and motorbikingtours on curvy roads. Winter and summer you will find wonderful places to expirience the nature: mountains for skiing, hiking, climbing and paragliding, sloapes through the valleys and along the rivers, biking and motorcyclingtours, a lake for swimming and much more. Sportfans can also visit big events like the extreme race Dolomitenmann, the Giro Dolomiti, Worldloppet Dolomitenlauf or the races of the ladies alpine world cup. The regional musicians and brass bands invite to concerts on the main square and international artists to open air-concerts in the courtyard of Schloss Bruck. Familys will find exciting and amusing activitys like the familypark Zettersfeld, climbing in the Gallitzenklamm or in the petting zoo Moosalm. What everybody will enjoy is the relaxed atmosphere in the old town with narrow streets, cafés, resaturants, small boutiques and the weekly market.
