Apartment Mayerhofer: Modern, spacious penthouse apartment with 34 square meter terrace in the village center FulpmesDirectly in front of the house are a sports store (ski, toboggan, service,...), a supermarket, a bakery, an ice cream parlor, several bars, pubs and snack bars (e.g. Pizzeria, Kebap,...), a bank (with 24h ATM), as well as the central bus station, which offers you a direct and uncomplicated connection to Innsbruck, the Schlick 2000, the glacier skiing area and other destinations. Within 2-3 minutes walking distance you will find other restaurants, a butcher's shop, a hairdresser, the ice skating rink, a florist, a pharmacy, a tobacconist / kiosk, a post office, the village church, etc.. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (train to Innsbruck, from there a direct bus connection to the house does exist). Should you arrive by car, there is also a private underground parking space in the neighboring building. (Maximum vehicle height 2,05m !!!) If you need another parking slot, there are 5 free public parking spaces directly in front of the house. Also there is a further public underground parking garage (approx. 6 € per day) approx. 150m away.
