Located in a wonderfully quiet, charming location and yet not far from the center (1.7 km) you can reach the most popular excursion destinations and sights in the immediate vicinity. Without having to rely on your own car, you can explore the sights on foot, by bike or easily using public transport. (Bus stop is in the same street) Upon request, 2 bicycles can be provided free of charge on deposit. (Also children's bikes on request)
Ideal for cycle tourists, Danube cycle path only 1.1 km away.
There are free parking spaces around the house on availability.

The 109m2 apartment on the ground floor is stylishly furnished and equipped with:
4 bedrooms: in each bedroom there are blackout curtains, roller blinds, mosquito nets, high quality bedding (natural fiber), duvets (down, tencell) and mattresses.
Kitchen-living room with a leather dining table:
The kitchen is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes ... You can choose from the various types of tea that are available free of charge.
Bath: don't just take a shower but relax with a hot bath in the bath. A washing machine, hairdryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo are also included. If you are a musician, we offer a soundproof rehearsal room in the basement on request.
