The exclusive Alm-Chalet is located on a sunny terrace of the Gerlitzen at 1650m above sea level in an absolutely quiet location and yet only 500m from the ski world of the Gerlitzen-Alpe with its 45 km of slopes covered with snow. The spectacular view over the Carinthian lake world (Ossiachersee, Faakersee and Wörthersee) as well as the absolute premium equipment with bath barrel (wood heating), WiFi, 4K-TV, SAT-TV, Amazon Prime, air conditioning, rustic wood stove, 2 box spring beds (90x180 cm) , Sofa bed (190x140 cm), full kitchen, grill, etc. make the 60m2 chalet the perfect "hideaway" and is still in the middle of one of the most popular holiday areas in Carinthia Paragliders and in summer the Ossiachersee and the Therme Warmbad - everyone can discover the right leisure offer for themselves.
