Opened in December 2014, the Mountain-Boutiquehotel Der Grüne Baum Hotel in the centre of Ehrwald enjoys a scenic location at the foot of the Zugspitze Mountain. It features free WiFi in all areas, a wellness area and a bar. The tyrolean-style rooms at the Der Grüne Baum all come with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom facilities with bathrobes, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Most rooms are recently renovated. Dinner can be enjoyed at the in-house Das Wirtshaus 1644 restaurant, serving a combination of modern and traditional dishes. Cocktails and a selection of port wines can be savoured at the hotel bar. Der Grüne Baum offers a sun terrace in the courtyard and free parking spaces. The property´s wellness area includes several saunas, steam bath and a relaxation area with waterbeds.
