The 106 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, accommodating up to six people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, and a fan. A baby cot is also available. The private outdoor area includes a garden, two open terraces, and a barbecue. The holiday home is only 300 m from a bus stop, with shops and restaurants nearby. The mountain regions Rax, Semmering, and Schneeberg are in close proximity and offer excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. Vienna and Graz are each about an hour away, and the area offers numerous cycling and hiking trails for active vacationers. The minimum stay for this accommodation is three nights. Parking is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Please note that the outdoor and basement areas are not yet fully completed. This accommodation features a bunk bed where two people can sleep on the lower level and one person on the upper level. There are guidelines for correct waste separation; further information will be provided on site. The accommodation is equipped with energy-saving lighting, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.
