Hallway with wardrobe. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a long balcony, which is accessible from the kitchen-living room and the bedroom. Bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, crockery, kitchen utensils etc. as well as electricity and heating are included. Of course, Wi-Fi and satellite TV as well as a parking lot are also available, as well as the possibility to store skis or bicycles and charge e-bikes. +You can also charge your electric car at our 11 kW charging station for type 2 charging plugs+

It is great fun to pamper our guests with a cozy vacation apartment and to inspire them with the beauty of our intact nature. All our guests are impressed by the beautiful surroundings, the pleasantly cool temperatures on summer nights and the peace and quiet they can enjoy. In winter, of course, the well-groomed slopes of Hochkar, Ötscher, Maiszinken and Königsberg take center stage. In summer and winter, the saltwater pool with its fantastic sauna area is an attraction. Of course, we are also keen hikers and cyclists ourselves and afterwards a dip in the Steinbach stream, close to the house, is a real treat. We enjoy the winter with snowshoe hikes.

In our beautiful surroundings you can undertake many different activities, for example Skiing on the Hochkar, the Ötscher, the Königsberg or the Maiszinken; Cross-country skiing in Hochreit/Hochmoor-Loipe, in Lassing or in Lackenhof/Ötscher; Ice skating on Lake Lunz.
