El Fleckhof, d'estil tirolès típic, es troba a Neustift, a 1 km dels remuntadors d'Elfer, en un petit turó amb vistes panoràmiques sobre la vall de Stubai. Disposa d'una zona de spa d'accés gratuït amb sauna, bany de vapor i sala de relaxació. Totes les habitacions i apartaments tenen balcó o terrassa amb vistes a la muntanya, mobles de fusta massissa i TV amb canals per satèl·lit. Hi ha WiFi gratuïta a tot l'edifici. Les pistes d'esquí de fons són a 5 minuts a peu. De finals de maig a mitjans d'octubre, la targeta Stubai Super està inclosa en el preu. Aquesta targeta ofereix molts avantatges i descomptes gratuïts, com ara l'ús gratuït dels telefèrics locals i del transport públic a la vall i a Innsbruck.
