Haus Holunder Weissbriach has 2 apartments and a 2-person studio with kitchen in the beautiful Gitschtal/Carinthia. Our motto is "enjoy the moment!!! APP.TERRACE: ground floor (60 m2): 2 to 4 persons, consists of: bedroom, bathroom, living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. APP.GITSCHTAL: first floor (80 m2) 2 to 4 persons, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and a large kitchen. Equipped with 1 double bed and 3 single beds. On request: available for up to 7 persons with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. STUDIO with kitchen: first floor: (25 m2) with a sitting area, TV, coffee/tea, safe and kitchen, view of the piste. Since November 28, 2014 we are the owners of this house. We also enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the house every day. We try to make the house in such a way that everyone enjoys it. We try to meet the wishes of the guests. We find the homely and informal atmosphere very important. After all, the guests are on holiday, in that hear no stress but feeling good in your environment. It is a starting point for a walking or cycling holiday or just relax in the most beautiful place in the Gitschtal, Carinthia. Due to the varied typical Austrian landscape it is also ideal to make motorcycle rides from here. The house is located 100 m away from the family ski area Weissbriach, free ski bus to Nassfeld (15 km) and the Weissensee (11 km). The three-country point Arnoldstein is a 20-minute drive from Weissbriach. In summer you can enjoy the Presseggersee (20 km) or to the Erlebnispark, Nassfeld NTC (15 km) or the Weissensee (11 km). At 0.5 km from the apartments you will also find various restaurants, a bank, a tourist office, large swimming pool and supermarket.

We are here in Dreiländereck Österreich - Slowenien - Italy: Man notices the climate - the air is milder and is more sunny than otherwise. Gorges, cliffs and mountain stollens are a wonderful experience for climbing. The Gitschtal lies between the beautiful Bades and Kärntens: the Weißensee and the Pressegger See, both have excellent quality. Naturally you can enjoy the Menge Wassersport here: Canufahren, Segeln, Surfen, Wasserschi, Fischen. Ski area Weissbriach is near the Tür und Nassfeld // Weissensee since only a few kilometers away! Pistenpaß for the whole family can enjoy their family skiing area in Weissbriach. There is a free bus transfer within 20 minutes between Weissbriach and Nassfeld (a large ski area) for transportation.
